When people learn I’m a vegetarian who follows Weight Watchers who hates to cook, they inevitably ask, “Then what do you actually eat?” Perhaps surprisingly, I often struggle to answer that question. Don’t get me wrong, I eat all day long, and when I’m not eating I’m often thinking about food, but what is it?
The point of this blog is to show what I eat to help other Weight Watchers, other vegetarians, and others who don’t enjoy cooking. You don’t have to love to cook to lose weight. You don’t have to be creative in the kitchen to thrive as a vegetarian.
