Whole Wheat Banana Bread Review

I recently bought Jennifer Anderson’s Real Easy Weekdays meal plan (@kids.eat.in.color on Instagram). I haven’t mustered the energy to try to actually use it like a meal plan but I’ve made several of the recipes. The family favorite so far is the whole wheat banana bread (with uncalled for mini chocolate chips). The little guy can’t get enough and mommy and daddy love them, too.

I’ve found that using two instead of three bananas works best (if they’re large). I also use 50/50 maple syrup and honey if I have both.
